James Lopez
Executive Chef James Lopez of Magnolia by the Lakes was born in Hawaii. Studying in Honolulu, he graduated from Amfac Culinary School where he obtained his degrees in fine dining cuisine, garde chef, & ice carving. James worked at the Maui Intercontinental alongside world renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. He has continued his career in Michigan where he worked at the Maple Management Corporation. Executive Chef at Double Eagle Restaurant in Troy, MI & Fox n Hounds in Bloomfield Hills, MI as a Sou Chef.
