A five-story independent living community for our thriving senior population. Residents may choose from penthouses, two bedroom villas, and one bedroom villas (with or without den). An experienced team will begin working with residents well in advance of their move to Magnolia. We can help, or recommend other professionals, for everything from selling your current home and planning how your furniture will fit in your new home, and customizing a new villa, to packing and unpacking.

Village Square and Harbor Walk

One of the most unique and luxurious features of Magnolia by the Lakes senior living community is our state-of-the-art Harbor Walk, located between Magnolia Village and Magnolia South. The Harbor Walk is a great way for residents to safely travel between the Magnolia buildings, view the beautiful Cass & Sylvan Lakes, take a stroll with family and friends or even just sit down and relax on one of the benches to get away from the hustle and bustle for awhile.

Activities

Magnolia's full-time Activities Coordinator prepares an extensive calendar of activities and programs for our residents' health and well being, such as yoga, educational programs, parties, outings, holiday events, volunteer opportunities, and many clubs such as book club, walking club and many more.
